I have to hand it to Ritchie and Gary. They came in with measurements and pictures and still had to deal with a hundred-year-old house that Had only ever had a bathtub. They managed to make things work in spite of what seemed like there were a lot of hurdles, impossible hurdles to overcome. They were so quiet, I didn’t even realize they were there. They were always Willing to answer my questions. And when they left That Friday, Everything was beautiful. They even came back Saturday morning For a small adjustment that needed tightened from where the new plumbing had to meet up with the older plumbing, which had to meet up with even older plumbing! All of this is done with Patience and politeness. Ritchie and Gary, thank you again. Joe, thank you for coming to our house that night to explain to us about having a walk-in shower done. Now the fears or worries of what getting older might entail Has been lessened a great amount by having the ability to have a shower done that we can just walk in and not have to worry about mobility

I found that they are extremely eager to take care of your issue as soon as possuble. They worked me in 3 weeks ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with everyone i encountered from BoLacey. They had my entire roof done in 1 day. I am very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Bo Lacey company is very professional and easy to work with from the salesperson to the project team.Definately would recommend this company. We had to replace a picture window in an older home, which could have rotten wood behind the old broken window. The job went smoothly 👍

I definitely recommend Bo Lacey for both their pre-sale process and their shower installation service. All our questions were answered in advance and the pre-sale team (Jacob) was thorough and respectful. The quality of the shower materials and hardware exceeded our expectations and the installer (Ritchie) did an incredible job - everything balanced and glued and assembled with precision. We will definitely be using their services again in the future (likely for residing our house).

Given the scope and nature of the renovation project which was extensive and unique, I think Shaun and his team at BoLacey did an awesome job and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results! I've gotten numerous compliments since the work was done and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.
