We were in the market looking into having our roof repaired. I reached out to Bo Lacey. The initial interaction is immediate and we were able to schedule an appointment in minutes. Our sales advocate Jacob Kingan came out and and inspected our roof and walked us through what we needed and what we should do. He explained everything in detail and he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was friendly,kind, down to earth and he went out of his way to help us get to where we needed to be. I would recommend Bo Lacey for all your roofing needs. If Jacob happens to come out to your property, you can expect professionalism from him. Great guy. I definitely recommend Bo Lacey for both their pre-sale process and their shower installation service. All our questions were answered in advance and the pre-sale team (Jacob) was thorough and respectful. The quality of the shower materials and hardware exceeded our expectations and the installer (Ritchie) did an incredible job - everything balanced and glued and assembled with precision. Given the scope and nature of the renovation project which was extensive and unique, I think Shaun and his team at BoLacey did an awesome job and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results!
